First Screen |
| When the program
first loads, you get this screen. Here we choose what email address the
form is sent to, or we can let the person select for a number of emails.
If you want it always to go to the same email
address just click 'single address'. If you want them to select for a few
different ones tick 'Choice of address....' then click edit and type in the
names and address of the people you want them to be able to pick from.
Enter in the subject of the email that is sent, this
way to you can setup mail rules to file all submitted forms into a folder
and also setup whitelists for your spam filters. |

Second screen |

This screen is
where we setup what 'fields' we want to present to the user for filling
out. Things like Name, Email address and anything else that you want
submitted to you. You can Add, Delete and even save and load the list for
another time.
When we click Add we get another screen where we put
in the name (this will be put beside the field in the html) then the field
name (must be lowercase and no spaces!) then the type of field - be it a
text field, a drop down list or a text area, you can select if it needs to
be validated (they must fill it out) then finally you enter anything
that you want in these fields to start with. |

Third Screen |
| Once we have done
the first and second screens, we click the big Build button - which brings
us to the third screen. This gives us the html form code which you put
into your website. (See instructions on the tab)
Make sure that the html file with this code and
the PHP script are in the same folder :)
